Refund Policy

The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please call Fuelcare on +44(0)1527 879600 with your order number to get a full refund.

Returning or Cancelling Orders

TO RAISE A RETURN OR CANCELLATION CLAIM PLEASE CALL +44(0)1527 879600 OR EMAIL sales@fuelcare.com WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER DATE. We will arrange for our carrier to pick up the items free of charge and will arrange a refund within 5 working days.

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging.
