Ordering & Delivery

• Delivery costs will be added in your shopping basket (rates here).
• If you are based outside of the UK or have your own courier we will gladly despatch on your behalf.
  
• Orders over 40kg or for individual pack sizes larger than 5kg please call or email.
• Before purchasing please note our Returns and Cancellation policy & Privacy Policy
• Delivery costs are based on next day delivery. Orders are generally sent out 1 day after ordering. If you have urgent requirements please get in touch.
• Credit cards are accepted from: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
• Our ordering system uses a 100% secure Paypal shopping cart with Verisign SSL.

• Dosages are an important consideration when purchasing biocide - ensure you check the dosage rates here.
  
• All biocides have 80% shelf life remaining.
• All biocide orders come with a Certificate of Conformity, Certificate of Analysis and full Application data which can also be found here.

• Whilst safe for transport, Biocides are TOXIC. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you understand that once delivered, your biocide requires full safety equipment. All safety handling data can be found on the MSDS which is located here and is also included in the box with your biocide.
